Another cool warehouse on the Oxford estate, this project incorporates over 450t of steel and 15,000 linear metres of purlins and girts.

The roof design comprises of 48 tapered trusses with depths starting 1.4m and reaching over 2.7m at the building ridge and weighing up to 5 tonnes each.

The total floor area exceeds 10,000 square metres and includes a freezer area (-24C), a chiller area (4C) designed also for future freezer, anteroom (4C), office, hot-dipped galvanized loading dock structures surrounded by 'igloo' structures, hot-dipped glavanized access and maintenance platforms fitted between the new existing buildings, walkways, access caged ladders, stairs etc.

It was another project finished in time and within the quality parameters required.
